The flats are in Acquaseria, a delightful tourist resort, in the middle-high como lake, near Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta.

It is possible, the lake is very near to practise nautical sport, surf,…The mountains give a quiet view and landscape. It is also possible to make nice trips on foot or by bycicle. In the village there is a food shopo, two pizzeria and restaurants.

Near it is possible to rent boats, or take the ferry boat, to visit the picturesque and nice villages on the lake front. Lugano is very near; Como about one hour; Milano about two hours,Bergamo about 1,5 hour.
